Vic Henley
February 1st through 4th
Cap City Comedy Club

A true comedy veteran, Alabama-born Vic Henley is the co-author of a national bestselling book with fellow comedian, Jeff Foxworthy, and has appeared on HBO, CBS, NBC, FOX, MTV, BRAVO, CMT and just about every other stand up comedy show on television. He was a VH-1 VJ and has his own “Comedy Central Presents” half hour special as well as performances on “The Late Show with David Letterman” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
With an easy style that covers a variety of topics, Henley's material has been featured on nationally syndicated radio shows such as “John Boy and Billy” and SIRIUS XM's “Raw Dog” and “Blue Collar” comedy channels.  Whether it's HBO's US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Montreal's Just For Laughs Comedy Festival or the granddaddy of them all - The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland - Henley has drawn rave reviews and packed houses.  His success at Edinburgh led to a slew of BBC TV appearances on stand up and talk shows, some where he was the first American to perform.
He has also performed on more than 500 college campuses, receiving eight "Comedian of the Year" nominations.  His popularity in the corporate and association markets has landed him many high profile gigs, including co-hosting an event with former President George H.W. Bush.  In 2009, he combined his writing and performing skills in the Sacha Baron Cohen feature film, Bruno.
Henley performs on Wednesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and 10:30 pm.  Tickets are $9 to $19.
Capitol City Comedy Club is located at 8120 Research Blvd.  For tickets and information, call (512) 467-2333 or visit www.CapCityComedy.com.
