Award nominee Tommy Emmanuel has a professional career that
spans more than four decades and garnered hundreds of thousands
of loyal fans worldwide. He brings his guitar stylings
back to One World Theatre for two shows on September 16th and
17th.
Emmanuel’s unique style - a complex fingerpicking
style that bring a sense of jazz improvisation into a mix
that includes blues, country, rock, classical and Spanish music
- is akin to playing guitar the way a pianist plays piano, by
using all ten fingers. As a solo performer, his dazzling
performance, flawless guitar skills and voluminous repertoire
never fail to amaze and engage his fans.
Four-time winner of
Australia's Best Guitarist Award, Emmanuel has set sales
records that have yet to be broken. He has performed with
hundreds of musical legends, including Sir George Martin,
Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Chet Atkins, Larry Carlton, Dave
Koz, Joe Walsh, Roberta Flack, The Chieftains and many more.

performs at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 16th and Friday,
September 16th. Tickets are $25, $50, and $65.
Pre-concert dinners
served by World of Mouth Catering on the theatre’s
picturesque Piazza 90 are also available for an additional $35.
Doors open one hour early with half price drink specials
available at the bar prior to the show.
