     The national choreographic competition brings the country's most
     compelling young American dance-makers together to showcase
     their latest world premieres in a competitive arena.

     Featuring choreography by Nelly van Bommel, the new work brings a
     playful spirit to the classic fairy tale in a family-friendly version created
     for children as young as three years old and their family members.

Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo

The Long Center
     The all-male American ballet company - absent from Austin for several
     seasons - returns for one night at The Long Center, skewering every
    convention in the great traditions of romantic and classical ballet.

Light / The Holocaust and Humanity Project
March 23rd through 25th
The Long Center
     Ballet Austin's landmark production returns and will serve as the
    cornerstone of a three-month, city-wide partnership promoting the
   protection of human rights through arts, education and public dialogue.
