Ruta Maya Coffee House
Every Friday night,
poets take the mic from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., followed by musicians
from 9 p.m. to midnight, at the weekly open mic event at one of
Austin’s longest-running coffee establishments.
Musician open mic sign-ups begin at 8:30 p.m., and
patrons enjoy happy hour all night.

Company has emerged from a tiny operation to a well-established
