B. Iden Payne winners the Frank Mills and comedy prodigies Midnight Society take over Saturday nights at ColdTowne Theatre with their unique brands of improvisational comedy. The two troupes share a double-bill on Saturdays at 110 p.m.

The Frank Mills include comics Bob McNichol, Rachel Madorsky, Dave Buckman, Erika May McNichol, and Todd Schanbacher. All five have extensive national comedy credits and are among the most-talked-about comics in Austin.

Up-and-coming troupe Midnight Society was named “Austin’s Best Improv Troupe” by the Austin American Satesman’s A-List and was recently nominated for a B. Iden Payne Award.

Comprised of stand-up and sketch comedians, filmmakers, and writers, the comics have performed across the country. The cast features Lance Gilstrap, Joel Keith, Elizabeth Leader, Delaney Liming, Andy Petruzzo, Nick Ramirez, Stephen Short, Jericho Thorp, and Michael Williams.
