January 26th through 28th
Cap City Comedy Club

    In his own words...

“I was born and raised in the ironically-named town of Hopedale, Mass.  I started performing stand-up comedy at the tender age of 17. As a performer, I was too young to be any good.  As a person, I was socially inept and looked weird.  Let's skip ahead.
I moved to Los Angeles in the halcyon days of “The Comedy Boom,” and in quick succession, I performed in several HBO specials and numerous appearances on “Conan” and “Letterman.”  I recorded the CD Fun House - which was called “a comedy CD” by Billboard Magazine, and appeared on “Seinfeld,” “The Ben Stiller Show” and the series “Working” - which wasn't, and was soon canceled.
After writing the pilot “World On A String “with Jay Kogen) I co-created MTV's lamented “Super Adventure Team” with Rob Cohen.  I then joined “The Simpsons” for seven years.
Stand up remains a big part of my career, and I still perform regularly.  I appeared in the film The Aristocrats and have a new CD/DVD due that came out in March 2009.  I live in Los Angeles with my wife and a bunch of kids and dogs.  I think we had a hamster, but I haven't seen it around.
I regularly do commentary for the wildly successful Lucha Vavoom promotion.  It's a little bit Mexican pro wrestling, a little sexy burlesque, a little bit comedy and a lot of fun.  I tend to say witty things while grown men playfight and women do a striptease. No, you may not change places with me.
