CircX VorteX Circus
4 the People Takes the Center
Ring on July 25th
In partnership with
Sky Candy Aerial Collective, CircX VorteX is transforming The
VORTEX Theatre into the circus arts hub of East Austin.
The modernistic vaudevillian circus
- featuring local circus performers, live
musical entertainment, as well as local artists and vendors -
will stage a free performance of Circus 4 the People on July
25th, starting at 8 p.m.

Acts include silk,
lyra and trapeze aerialists, plus bellydancers, fire arts, and
shadow puppets. The Minor Mishap Band - along with Sick
& The CircX Trio with Fannie Brown -provide the musical
entertainment.
CircX VorteX
presents an inclusive multidisciplinary arts initiative that
encourages collective participation and community support for
local performers. The free performance is made possible
by the donations of the patrons.
The performance runs
continuously from 8 p.m. to midnight, and donations will be
accepted at the door. The VORTEX Theatre is located at
