Natalie Cole Performing with Austin Symphony Orchestra on February 10th

     Nine-time Grammy Award winner Natalie Cole takes the stage with the Austin Symphony Orchestra for and evening of song to help mark the Symphony's Centennial Celebration Season.  The Sarah and Ernest Butler Pops concert takes place on Friday, February 10th, at The Long Center for the Performing Arts.

      For one night only, Cole will perform the hits that have made her a superstar, including a special "duet" with her legendary father, Nat King Cole. In the 1990s, Cole re-recorded several standards made famous by her father - resulting in her biggest album success, Unforgettable... with Love, which sold more than seven million copies and also won Cole numerous Grammy Awards.
     The singer, songwriter and performer achieved stardom the mid-1970s as an R&B artist with the hits "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)", "Inseparable" and "Our Love".  She  reemerged as a pop artist with the 1987 album, Everlasting.  In 2008, Cole released Still Unforgettable - 17 years after the initial album -  which included not only songs made famous by her father but other artists such as Frank Sinatra, earning more Grammy wins for Cole.
